This review was original written and forced to be published while I was employed at Grace Digital Audio, I am not writing what I really think of them. The speakers are decent speakers as long as you are not looking to use them where the transmitter is more then one or two rooms away as local interference can quickly occur.

|Go-anywhere functional and pretty speakers,
Nice little portable speakers. Package came in sturdy boxes. There were 3 ac power adaptors included for the transmitter and the two speakers in case you want to forgo the wireless function.
Setup was easy, make sure to turn volume to 75% up on the source iPod so the volume on the speakers can be low, otherwise you’ll hear a constant background noise akin to engine ramping up.
Hooked up to TV as well using the included RCA audio cable (company is thoughtful) and they worked perfectly. Used the auto-tune button to find good reception with no hissing noise. In the backyard where it’s quieter, the sound quality is similar to listening on FM radio. It’s not gonna be Hi Def but it comes across clearly for a good outdoor time. In the evening switch on the mood lights for good ambiance. (The blue light is constant; the intensity doesn’t vary with sound. The effect is relaxing nevertheless.) The speakers are very light to carry around, but heavy enough to not be blown over by wind.
Took one into the shower to test out, works ok, had to turn it up way higher to overcome the water noise. Sounded a little muffled (probably b/c I kept it behind the shower curtain to minimize water splashing), but for the kind of humid/noisy acoustic hell it was in, it’s served robustly.
Although these two little Stormtroopers together take a whopping 12 AA batteries to operate (add another 4 if you want to go wireless on the transmitter also), their function alone is worth the juice feeding. Nice form too with the slick white design and blue mood lighting. Very glad to have purchased the item.

Works exactly as it should. Unbelievable sound for small, portable speakers. And this is coming from someone who is a bit of an audiophile. Well worth the $
